The hotel's central location was fantastic and really put us in the heart of everything. We were able to easily walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants, which was definitely a highlight. The free Wi-Fi was also a nice touch and made it easy to stay connected with friends and family.

Our new year's stay was marred by some significant issues with our room. There were several maintenance issues that were not attended to, including a leaky faucet and a broken TV.

This hotel is value for money, It is situated on the Soho district of Buenos Aires with good eating and shopping facilities all around it. Our room was of a decent size and very comfortable. this hotel had good security.

All positive statments

The staff were exceptionally friendly and enjoyable. They were always very helpful in advice, making reservations, and finding and making recommendations. I loved the garden and generally how quiet the hotel was.

I thought with a coat of paint on the room walls and upgrades in furniture and decor it would have been top notch.

I had such a great stay at this hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving me lots of tips on where to eat and what to do. The rooms were decorated in their own unique style and had nice baths. The hotel had basic amenities like AC and a collective fridge, which was convenient. The breakfast was good too, with pastries, toast, and fruit.

All was fine, nothing to be improved.

1. Not clean ie. bathroom 2. Rooms were run down and inconvenient designed, 3. bedding was awful, bed uncomfortable. so not happy with the place that i left 3 days early and moved into an apartment for a week which was cheaper, nicer and more room i.e. 100sqm 3 floors and roof top.

Great Service and Location

We spent our new year's vacation in a hotel that had amazing service. The staff assisted us with restaurant bookings, arranged taxis and provided helpful information for tourists. The location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of a lively area with easy access to good restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. The rooms were well-kept, and the breakfast was adequate. We particularly enjoyed the small outside garden that was a nice touch.

The hotel overall was satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Some areas looked dirty, including the bedcover and some of the furnishings, which detracted from the otherwise comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the jam suites very much. The staff is very helpfull and the reception area is really nice! The hotel is located in a quite area so you catch up on your sleep!

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a vibrant neighborhood. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was commendable, from the quirky style of the rooms with nice bathrooms to the helpfulness of the staff. The basic amenities provided everything I needed, and the breakfast selection was just right, with options like a refreshing juice and cooked eggs. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

Everything was just right, no improvements needed.

Can use the kitchen facilities at any time, so very much a home-from- home feel. There was free wifi.

The bill had to be paid in cash - this is Jam's policy. It felt more like a b&b than a boutique hotel, also our room and bedding wasn't that clean. Two nights running we saw a mouse beside the kitchen which apparently got into the building because of building works outside.
